SIX PACK ABS

The truth about abs is that most people do not think is an easy task because it requires dedication and motivation ... but it is possible! Below is a general 2-step guide that, if followed religiously for 3 months, will improve your abs.

Step 1: Nutrition

This is the most important piece of the puzzle, hands down. You can be the most impressive set of abs, but if they are covered with a layer of fat, do not see them! Break up the day 5 or 6 mini-meals because this jump starts your metabolism.

And stop eating the food that prevents you from seeing your abs:

white bread, pasta, soft drinks, candy, desserts, hydrogenated oils, fast food, corn syrup, sugar-fructose

Instead, eat foods that will help you achieve your goal of six pack:

-Oatmeal, olive oil, whole grain breads, fruits, vegetables, nuts, eggs, natural peanut butter, chicken and fish protein, green tea, water

Be realistic - you drop here and there, but make a conscious effort to improve your eating habits. Without good nutrition, getting a true six pack impossible.

Step 2: Exercise

You should focus on three different exercises: cardio, strength training and abdominal exercises. And the goal of training four times a week (probably at least 3 times per week). The cardio you do can be anything: walking, biking, swimming ... as cardio does not mind doing so stick to it.

For example, if you're running, walk for a minute and then sprint for 15 seconds and repeat 10 times. Doing this type of interval cardio twice a week.

Lifting weights is important because 3 pounds of muscle burns as many calories as jogging 1 mile said ... and that's when you just sit around! Aim for 30-45 minutes, 2 times per week.

The last year you add to your workout is ab exercises. Designed to work your abs 3 times a week. There are many different ab exercises you can do, try to find 3 or you enjoy doing and mix.

Tip: Combine your workout routine every 2 weeks to keep your body guessing and improving. Add or remove a different weight lifting exercises and ab workouts, or at least, change the weight and repetitions you do.

Well, there you have it. Follow the above for 3 months, and while results vary from person to person, you will see an improvement in your abdominal muscles. And do not forget the dedication and motivation will go far to help you achieve your goal of having six pack abs.
